Lakes Resort golf course was opened in 2004, designed by well known Canadian Syd Puddicombe.
The course is very highly rated and considered to be in the top 5 in New Zealand.
This international layout is set in a visually stunning valley surrounded by forest covered hills. The course meanders its way through native wetlands, with an abundance of wildlife on almost every hole.
Pauanui is a seaside resort area on the stunning Coromandel Peninsula, only 90 minutes' drive from New Zealand's largest city Auckland Lakes Resort is a private golf club but is available to green fee players. Bookings are essential.
